Weekly Positive Memories Group beginning Friday 12th January 1.00pm to 3.00pm.This is an 8 week course designed to improve your wellbeing by exploring positive memory techniques while creating a Memories Journal to keep as a physical reminder of the positivity in your life.
Experience and learn relaxation techniques to help you to incresase calm, reduce stress and improve sleep.
Do you love music? Would you like to explore different types of genres and use music to improve your wellbeing? Would you like to share your knowledge of music with others? Or perhaps gain more knowledge?
Newport Mind is celebrating its 40th Birthday next year and would like to have 40 people running in the first ABP Newport Wales Marathon to raise awareness of mental health and to raise money for Newport Mind.
