Trustees

Executive Committee Members (Trustees): As a voluntary organisation, our work is overseen by an Executive Committee. All members of this committee give their time and expertise on a voluntary basis. Members come from all walks of life, some are service users, others may work in the field of mental health but we are now looking for people who have experience in Fundraising, Finance, Business Planning and Development, Social Enterprise development, HR, Law and Employment Law.

Why be a trustee? Working within the board of a charity has huge CV potential and employment potential, it demonstrates commitment, intelligence and strategic relevance. It can help with future career prospects and can ensure you stand out from the crowd when applying for a job. It can be the doorway into careers changes or the political arena. But above all you get a huge sense of satisfaction from making individuals lives just that little bit better.

If you have an interest in supporting our work, and would like to have further information, a selection of relevant documents are available belowOr if you would like to discuss being a trustee with Newport Mind you can call 01633 258741
